5600LS Large Stage AFM

The Agilent 5600LS utilizes a fully addressable 200mm x 200mm stage and a new, low-noise AFM design to image large samples in air or smaller samples in liquid, and under temperature control. Samples up to 8” in diameter and 30mm tall are easily accepted by the 200mm vacuum chuck.
The 5600LS provides researchers a perfect tool for many nanotechnology applications, including semiconductor, data storage, polymers, materials science, and life science studies. The 5600LS is compatible with all Agilent imaging modes, including patented MAC Mode III.
