  • LPS075-D: LEED controller with beam voltage range 0- 750 V
  • LPS300-D: LEED-AES controller with voltage range 0-3000 V
  • LPS300-D-AES: LEED-AES controller with voltage range 0- 3000 V and built-in AES board with ramp voltage and modulator (require external lock-in amplifier)
  • LOA10-AES: AES controller with pre-amplifier and AES software for Windows
  • AES-Ser: AES software for external lock-in Amplifier
  • LOA100: External lock-in Amplifier
  • LPS-USB: LPS software to control LPS075-D and LPS300-D from PC computer
