The qEV10 / 70 nm is now available in the Gen 2 range. Gen 2 qEV columns are built with Izon's new proprietary, agarose resin which delivers a more purified extracellular vesicle (EV)-containing eluate. The qEV10 / 70 nm Gen 2 column is designed for separating EVs from a 10 mL biological sample and comes with Luer Lock fittings, which allow for many different configurations.
The qEV10 / 70 nm Gen 2 has an optimal recovery range of 70 nm to 1000 nm and is compatible with the Automatic Fraction Collector (AFC). AFCs are used to adjust the purified collection volume (PCV) to provide reproducible isolation for downstream analysis..
Izon products are designed and manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 13485:2016.
qEV10 Gen 2 is also available in the 35 nm series.

*Loading higher sample volumes results in a lower level of purity in the later vesicle volumes, greater overlap between protein and EV elution peaks, and a higher protein peak within the PCV. Loading lower sample volumes results in a higher dilution factor of the sample. The optimal recommended sample volume for purity on the qEV10 Gen 2 is 10 mL.
**Values based off analysis of human plasma samples.
