The smallest Izon's qEV column, the qEVsingle is designed to separate out Extracellular Vesicles (EV's) from protein and lipids in small volume samples of biological fluids.
Intended for single use, they are perfect for working with potentially biohazardous samples, or to avoid contamination when DNA/RNA testing is required. They can also be used for any small volume samples where minimal dilution and maximum recovery is required. Loading a 150μL sample results in a void volume of 1mL and EV fractions of 0.5mL.
Also available in the 70nm+ series, this 35nm+ column has an optimal recovery range of 35nm to 350nm.
