Tabletop SEM

A tabletop SEM, also known as a benchtop SEM, is a compact scanning electron microscope designed to bring high-resolution imaging directly into the laboratory. Compared to traditional SEM systems, a tabletop SEM offers a smaller footprint, easier operation, and faster installation, while enabling users to observe morphology, surfaces, particles, defects, and material microstructures. It is widely used in research, quality control, failure analysis, and material characterization.
