With ResiScope AFM mode and Galaxy Dual Controller

The Galaxy Dual Controller can incorporate ResiScope mode, the unique AFM mode able to measure AFM resistance over 10 decades with a high sensitivity and resolution.
It also allows to add other advanced AFM modes (HD-KFM, ResiScope & Soft Intermittent Contact) to your 5100, 5500 and multimode and keep your existing AFM modes.

What’s ResiScope?

The World’s Greatest Performance for AFM Electrical Characterization

  • Resistance & Current mapping
  • Range : 102 ohms to 1012 ohms (10 decades dynamic)
  • High sensitivity over the full range

Compatible with :
- Oscillating mode (Tapping / AC mode )
- EFM/MFM, HD-KFM & Single-pass KFM

What's Galaxy Dual Controller?

The GALAXY DUAL controller creates new opportunities for AFM users by combining new features with those already available on your existing AFM. This new controller offers more than a second life to your AFM, it renews and improves the performance with new imaging modes and new intuitive software.

Keep your existing AFM modes

The dual galaxy controller has been designed to be fully compatible with the Multimode, Pico SPM (STM), 5100 and 5500 AFM bases.

  • STM, Contact, AC, Phase, MFM/ EFM, PFM, LFM, EC modes

 Add new advanced modes
