The qEV100 Gen 2 is the largest column in the qEV range, optimised for a sample loading volume of 100 mL. The qEV100 Gen 2 is ideal for research and applications involving large sample volumes, including cell culture supernatant. Like all columns in the qEV range, the qEV100 Gen 2 provides a gentle, rapid method for maximising the separation of EVs from soluble protein.
The qEV100 / 70 nm Gen 2 has an optimal recovery range of 70 nm to 1000 nm.
qEV100 Gen 2 is also available in the 35 nm series.
Note that the qEV100 Gen 2 is not compatible with the Automatic Fraction Collector (AFC).
