Further tables up to 70mm diameter are available. Passive fixation of the substrate (no vacuum pump).
Available Speeds
It's possible to set the rotational speed according to these values:
- SCI-10: 10 ... 75 rps
- SCI-20: 20 ... 150 rps
- SCI-30: 30 ... 225 rps
- SCI-40: 40 ... 300 rps
