qEV Magnetic Concentration Kit

A clean and efficient system for concentrating isolated EVs. The qEV Magnetic Concentration Kit contains Magnetic Nanotrap® Extracellular Vesicle Particles, manufactured by Ceres Nanosciences for Izon Science. Simply add the specified volume of Nanotrap® particles to the EV sample and incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes. After applying a strong magnet for 2 minutes, the supernatant can be removed to obtain the pellet containing the EVs. This rapid and clean EV concentration method eliminates the need for centrifugation.

The kit utilizes Magnetic Nanotrap® Extracellular Vesicle Particles from Ceres Nanosciences: chemically functionalized hydrogel polymers surrounding a magnetic core. The kit captures and concentrates EVs, which can then be used for downstream analyses such as Western Blot, PCR, or RNA studies.

The binding of the particles is irreversible, an important factor for downstream applications.
