Gold on Mica Substrates

We provide Au(111) thin films grown on freshly cleaved mica substrates, deposited in controlled high-vacuum systems. These substrates offer exceptional structural quality, with well-defined surfaces and large gold terraces. Ideal for materials science and nanotechnology applications, our substrates are ready for use, requiring no additional treatments like hydrogen flame annealing.
