Substrata offers high quality borosilicate coverslips coated with silver
All coatings are deposited under high vacuum using electron beam evaporation. Applications include reflectometry, nanotechnology, and AFM applications.
We use a thin titanium adhesion layer (2-7 nm) between the glass and silver coating. This adhesion layer is optional and can also be replaced with chromium upon request. All coverslips are packed in a dedicated cleanroom environment and shipped in a X0 Gel-Pak box. Custom sizes and materials can also be fabricated to meet your needs.
High quality substrates coated with 500 Å (50 nm) of silver. All coatings include a 50 Å titanium adhesion layer between the substrate surface and the silver coating.
