The HT-X1 system supports an incubator within the microscope to maintain optimal temperature and gas concentration conditions for live cell imaging. The incubator is equipped with an integrated gas mixing unit and a chamber for mounting samples onto the stage.

TomoPlate

Our active vibration isolation system enables users to capture images in an extremely stable environment. This system uses electronic feedback control to detect and effectively reduce low-frequency vibrations. It works in six degrees of freedom (three translational and three rotational), ensuring effective vibration control. The intuitive design is compact and lightweight.

TomoDish e TomoPlates

Izon instruments can accommodate different types of supports: from petri dishes to plates.

TomoDish are petri dishes, designed to house both adherent and suspension cells, offering optimal conditions for culture and imaging. Applications include cell culture and high-resolution microscopy, live and fixed cell imaging, real-time live cell imaging over time, immunofluorescence staining, and transfection assays.

The 96-well plate offered by Tomocube features lower walls, allowing light to pass through at different angles. The solvent-resistant bottom with a coverslip ensures superior flatness of the inner wells and the entire plate, with zero autofluorescence, providing clear imaging.
