Exosome/EV isolation and separation systems

Exosome/EV isolation and separation systems

The Izon columns use Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) technology to separate larger particles from smaller ones, such as vesicles from proteins.

Operating through gravity, they do not subject the sample to forces that could potentially damage it. Three types of resins are available, each with different sizes to isolate different particles: 20 nm, 35 nm, and 70 nm. While the 20 nm resin maximizes the amount of the final product, the 70 nm resin maximizes purity.

Columns of various volumes are available, allowing the system to be tailored to specific needs.
