The Digital Holographic Imager using transmission DHM® is a unique system for dynamic quantification of living cells processes. in a non-perturbing way. Its novel technology allows to measure single cells and gather population statistics for events occurring at the millisecond to multiple days timeframe without the need of cell labeling.

The patented DHM® technology allows to record in a single shot the phase information and obtain information related to a wide range of physiological parameters/biological processes related to Morphology:

  • Intracellular content
  • Dynamic parameters
  • Population metrics

It’s a cost-effective module that can readily be attached to the side port of any fluorescence microscope. It allows to easily obtain phase images from a standard fluorescence microscope, with a simple module addition.

The holotomographic microscope Tomocube model HT-2H, manufactured by Tomocube, allows in vivo and time-based investigations of the single cell in its entirety, in a quantitative and completely label-free manner.

The microscope combines two technologies: holography and digital tomography, reconstructing real three-dimensional maps of the biological system by measuring the index of refraction.
