Schaefer Tec and CS Instruments at SELSIM 2026: Advanced AFM Solutions and a Second Life For Your Existing AFM System

From June 25 to 30, 2026, Schaefer Tec will be participating in SELSIM 2026, the renowned international school and workshop on scanning probe microscopy taking place in Sondalo, Italy. Together with our partner CS Instruments, we will showcase innovative solutions designed to support both cutting-edge research and the modernization of existing AFM platforms.

Taking center stage will be the Nano Observer II, CS Instruments’ advanced Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), offering high-resolution imaging, flexible measurement capabilities, and a user-friendly operating environment.
