The Invenio 6 III Microscope camera is built with Sony’s newest sensor the Exmortm which is a superior sensor for various reasons, this is due to The Exmortm sensors digitize the pixels before the column signals are multiplexed, thereby minimizing the noise signal significantly compared to standard CMOS sensors.
Building the camera
Noise comes from the sensor itself, but also from the surrounding electron-ic circuits and the wires. By choosing components, wiring, grounding and shielding intelligent, noise levels can be decreased significantly.
The Modus 6ZS-3D offers a non-contact roughness measurement according to guidelines of ISO 25178-2:2012.
The Modus 6ZS-3D has the ability to produce “Super depth of field”, by capturing images at different focus levels and intelligently extract a full focus image from the captured images. The number of images needed for each extended focus capture, is calculated automatically, from the depth of focus at the actual magnification.

This digital microscope, is built around a 6 times Zoom system made in Japan. As it is a mono system, the optics can be made much smaller, cost effectively and more compact, compared to a similar stereo zoom system. The optical quality is comparable or even better than with the best stereo microscopes
