ExiPrep™ 48 is an instrument that automatically extracts nucleic acids from a minimum of 8 up to 48 samples, distributing them evenly and preventing cross-contamination by aerosols. It is primarily optimized for high-sensitivity virus screening.
High-sensitivity virus screening optimization
No false positives thanks to the prevention of cross-contamination between virus-free samples caused by micro-aerosols during nucleic acid extraction from samples with high viral concentration, thanks to Bioneer’s patented technology.
Prevention of contamination
Substantial blocking of cross-contamination, which can occur in other wells due to aerosols generated by the tip, through a sophisticated aerosol prevention device based on the closed structure of the pipette block and the drop-contamination prevention device located at the bottom of the filter tip.
High-purity nucleic acid extraction
Extraction of highly pure nucleic acids thanks to the uniform and rapid adhesion of magnetic particles to the bottom of each well, facilitated by magnetic blocks built into the instrument.
Increased elution efficiency thanks to the heating block that allows complete evaporation of alcohols.
Automatic UV sterilization
Sterilization to prevent infection to users through the UV lamp installed inside the instrument.
Minimized reagent waste
