The Neoscan N90 is an advanced 3D scanner that offers extraordinary precision and scan quality, thanks to its ability to capture details down to 40 nm. Equipped with two high-resolution detectors, one with 7 MP and the other with 27 MP, it guarantees top-quality images. The system is designed with a granite platform on pneumatic leveling feet to ensure maximum stability during scans.
The X-ray source of the Neoscan N90 allows for very small spots and offers a wide range of energies, from 20 to 160 kV, to meet various scanning needs. Additionally, the system is fully integrated with vacuum technology, providing total protection during operation.
With an advanced XRF module, the scanner is able to detect with great precision, using a 4 MP photon-counting detector. Radiation protection is ensured by specialized fiber optics. The Neoscan N90 is therefore ideal for applications requiring precise and rapid scans across various industrial and scientific sectors.
