This example showcases some of Tomocube technology’s most attractive features and benefits:

  1. Label-free, rapid, 3D imaging: The HT can get images every 0.4 sec without the use of any labels or reagents
  2. High-resolution: Dendrites and axons are 100-200 nm in height and width.
  3. Quantification: Biophysical parameters can be calculated such as volume, surface area, mass, and protein concentration.
  4. Tile stitching: We can go beyond the 80µm field of view restrictions and image the behaviour and morphology of multiple cells during long term timelapses.
  5. Low phototoxicity, long term timelapse imaging: With our incubator, we can image cells over 72 hrs in their natural state with minimal stress and damage to the sample.
