We will be exhibiting at the International Scanning Probe Microscopy Conference with the NanoObserver II AFM and the Galaxy Dual Controller electronics. We are also organising on-site demonstrations at your lab in the days following the event.

We are pleased to announce our participation in ISPM 2026, the International Scanning Probe Microscopy Conference, to be held in Genoa at the University of Genoa. ISPM is one of the leading gatherings of the global SPM community, founded in 1999 and with a history spanning three continents.
At the conference we will be present together with our partner CS Instruments, showcasing two flagship solutions for atomic force microscopy:

NanoObserver II
The next generation AFM from CS Instruments, designed for high-performance nanoscale imaging and characterisation across a wide range of samples and environments.

Galaxy Dual Controller
An advanced AFM controller compatible with a broad range of existing platforms, enabling users to upgrade their microscopes with the latest acquisition modes without replacing the instrument head. Technical expertise operating diverse AFM/SPM systems including Multimode AFM, Pico SPM (STM), and Agilent/Keysight scanning probe microscopes (5100, 5500, 5600LS, and 54xx models). Maintains existing modes: STM, Contact, AC, Phase, MFM, EFM, PFM, LFM, EC modes

Lab demonstrations

In addition to our presence at ISPM, we are scheduling on-site demonstration sessions at prospective customers' laboratories in the days immediately following the conference. If you would like to see CS Instruments products in action on your own system or with samples of your choice, get in touch to reserve a slot.

Demonstrations are especially relevant for users of Multimode, 5100, 5500, 5600LS and 54xx AFM/STM systems who wish to evaluate the Galaxy Dual Controller as an upgrade for their existing platform.
Come and visit us at our booth during ISPM 2026 for a live demonstration, or contact us directly to arrange a visit at your laboratory.
